Kinder Gym

Our themed Kinder Gym classes based on early childhood learning are highly structured, with skill-specific lesson plans designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group. Kinder Gym classes are more than just fun, their participation stimulates the vestibular system in the ear canal. This stimulation leads to increases in brain growth and academic and social achievement. Additionally, preschoolers learn to socialise, follow simple directions and take turns, along with the myriad of different movements in a safe, fun and caring environment.

Recreational Classes

In competitive gymnastics there is only ever one winner, children learn “for me to win, you have to lose”. Studies show that the failure they experience results in many children dropping out. A non-competitive class allows children to experience success through their personal best, resulting in high self-esteem and better friendships.

Parent & Tot
Parent and child bond grows even more as a caregiver helps their little ones to climb, crawl and jump from station to station. Themed classes and exciting activities incorporate basic motor patterns set to music in a colourful setting where you can possibly make life long friends.
Mini Stars (3 - 4 years)
In this program, Parents assist children throughout the class, parental involvement is gradually decreased as the child’s confidence increases. Basic gymnastics instruction helps to improve listening skills and ability to follow instructions. This program also helps with the sometimes difficult task of separating from Mummy and Daddy. Parents will also enjoy the benefit of social interactions with other mums and dads.
LITTLE STARS ( 4 - 5 years)
Students start with basic skills and build on them throughout the term with constant monitoring and encouragement. This class is designed to build self-esteem and further develop the beginnings of your child’s independence. Increasingly complex gymnastics skills are taught in a safe environment.
ALL STARS (5 - 12 years)
Students are taught many skills, ranging from handstands cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, with sequences and progressions tailored to the student’s skill level. Children are often rewarded with a game for good behaviour.
